it's a sarm, select androgen receptors module. doesn't matter. it's turbo retarded to take that during puberty

Eh, it all depends on your phenotype. Typically shorter models have higher BMI than longer ones, this applies to both men and women.

The reason is quite simple: nobody really cares about leg muscles all that much. Shorter people typically have more proportionate bodies, so their upper bodies take up more percentage muscle mass of total mass.

I'm pretty buff, but I need to be about 76kg at 190cm to be shredded(5-7% body-fat), which is around 21 BMI. My legs are probably about 55-60% of my height. My legs have severely atrophied because of corona rules, so there's no way around anorexia-maxing for me. If I worked out for a few months with squats I'd gain about 5-10kg of free muscle mass...

I never done a leg day
Time to train some legs

Ideal bmi for men is 24.5 based on an attractiveness study.
You need to be muscular to be lean at that bmi

Legs don't really make you that much attractive, they're just a great way to lose weight because the extra muscle mass increases your metabolic rate.

Rated by average American females that are 24 BMI mean.

Stop being a retard. If you want a 18 BMI fit cardio-bunny you better not be a 24.5 BMI 25% body-fat fat-fuck unless you have chad genes.

I've researched this before and most male actors and models fall between 20-24 BMI. Typically being shorter, having more muscle mass, having wider frame equates to higher BMI while the opposite to lower.

The truth is the only thing that matters is FMI, not even body-fat percentage. Around 2 FMI or less is ideal.
