I heardnit reduces inflammation if thats what's causing ur bloat then would this be super beneficial to take 1000mg and also if it reduces swelling and inflammation would this take away bone smashing pump when goinf out or maybe even help skin


Never rlly done research on this but ik this isnt good to do everyday so just a lasix sorta situation to only take when going out
