Hi, has anyone applied ice on their upper eyelids to reduce exposure?
Did the method work?
I plan to try it for 10-20 minutes a day.

i used to do it everyday a year ago. stopped cs i was lazy but def helped reduced it a little. granted i was also using vollufiline on my brow ridge to hood more. most say its a temporary fat addition that goes away if u dont constantly do it. do it and see for urself u wont lose anything.

I believe your results are due to the volufiline rather than the ice on your eyelids.

It works if you don't have a bunch of UEE.

How does it work if there is no brown fat in the eyelids?

Not sure. Ice is supposed to reduce fat if used enough but it does get rid of UEE if it's not too bad.

If it reduces fat it is the opposite of what you want to achieve to reduce UEE.

Not sure how it does it. There is beige fat also. Maybe the ice does that after a while or it can induce brown fat in areas that usually doesnt have it. It definitely works though as does pulling but I think pulling can sag some if done long enough. It's not a bone smashing or water pulling made up story.

I haven't seen any evidence that it even works...

Plenty of people here and online have used icing or pulling to reduce UEE. It was real popular a couple of years back. It's 100% real if your UEE isn't too bad.

I'm using pulling too. I didn't find any reliable evidence for the ice instead.
