I've been icemaxxing for the past 2 days and although I have had hoodded eyes before I'm mirin'.What is the recommended routine?I just do 1 icecube on both eyes until it completely melts.Also, if you do this for 1 year straight would the results be permanent?

And washing your face with icy waters

I don't think it will be permanent since the effect goes away very quickly , maybe try few more ice cubes .
