Ideal amount of shoe lifts?

I just measured myself this morning and I come out to 6'. I got some NT shoes that add about 1.5" on the heel and was thinking of buying an extra 1" lift for them to add a total of 2.5" in making me a bit over 6'2".

I was walking around in college this semester and most guys are 'around' my height, it kind of blackpilled me that you really don't ever 'mog' or 'stand out' at 6', even subtly. I think it's probably a fine height for girls but if I can get away with adding more and it not seriously damaging my foot I might as well for quality of life. I think the elevator shoes are weird and its obvious compared to just gluing a lift under your shoe insole and covering it.

What does everyone think based on your own research and experiences?

Only use about 1.5in extra for your height. 1in-2in generally is fine. You don't wanna go higher because you look visibly off, and when you inevitably need to take your shoes off, it isn't that horrific a change as 3in-4in is.

You can use as much as you wish. Depends how it would look on your frame. Long legs? 3in will make you look retarded.
