I got big thighs and calves. They’re almost 1:1 in terms of width, with thighs being thicker in terms of depth.
I’m trying to determine what the most aesthetic move would be for me. I’m debating whether I should stop training calves at all, where I currently do it just once a week.
What’s the ideal ratio for calves to thighs to know what to aim for? I know it’s a niche topic but something I’d like to know if anyone has a ratio to shoot for lol.
