I might actually have it ive been obese for quite long so i always thought i had a round face but now that ive lost weight from my cheeks it looks much more like a diamond shaped face but ofcourse i dont look like any of those guys

You can have a big skull with wide cheekbones it just wont look as big because your cheekbones create an illusion
