My frame is 18.11 inches/ 46 cm at almost 15y, will it grow much longer, is it good enough for now?

What exercises should i target?
Exercises that target all three heads of the shoulder. Most important is lateral raise for side delt, rear delt flys and military press/front press for the front delts

this guy is 100% just lying for attention. he’s defo closer to 24cm than 24in:feelskek:. the rock has around 24-25in. there’s no way he’s as wide :lul:

i dont know much about exercising but are you insinuating that you can target specific areas?

You are confusing it with FAT loss, you can’t target specific areas when you are trying to lose fat.
