I'm designing my implant revision and I can't decide. From the front view, should gonions ideally be at the same height than the middle of the mouth or a bit lower is better?

Lower imo
what was the issue with initial implant?

It depends on the rest of your features

Explain please
Basically, some people benefit from higher set gonions (especially those with long faces-> ryan gosling, ryan reynolds, keanu reeves). A longer ramus would look out of place on their faces

In that case, what the others said is legit (horizontally aligned with the mouth)
