Im 6ft1 with 8.5 inches Wrists while being 185 lbs but at a much lower bf percentage than 15% say lie 10%

tbh for large frame the range should actually be wider, 6'4 180 with wide clavs and big bones looks good and so does 240 if ur not too fat but 6'4 190 with average clavs and bones doesnt even look as good
