assuming height predictions are accurate, what would be the ideal lifestyle to reach it and not be stunted?

growth hormone increase from any type of exercise is allocated to the muscles damaged from said exercise, utterly useless in terms of height growth, just unnecessary stress

Just eat enough food and don't do a serious cut or other prolonged deficit under 18. Everything else you can do combined (other than peptides) will give you a 1% difference at best
