Shoulder to waist/hip: craziest I've heard of was like 2.4:1
My potential if delts were grown to their max and I was 10% bf, I could have a 2.3 shoulder to waist.

Other proportions that look aesthetic: Having an arm dominant physique aka arms and shoulders dominating chest and back.

Forearms being as big as upper arms (Insanely hard to achieve)
