To improve Day by Day u need to have a decent routine and be discipline to it,for me It’s quite simple
1/had my 9 hours which equals to 4-5 cycles (Optimal HGH release).
2/Icing my face+Morning skincare.
3/go on a walk (10k steps) with a lemonWater.
4/have my black coffee.
5/first meal. (high protein/high fat)
6/Go Gym +cardio sometimes (if I want to debloat)
7/Enjoy a Sunset walk. (10k steps)
8/second/third meals.
9/do abs/stretching/Jaw exercises/Neck training. (not daily)
10/NightTime skincare.
Idk if I miss something but yeah that’s pretty much what I do.
I’d be Happy if u guys share Also.
