Ideal vyvanse dose for going to boring lecture

Just got a vyvanse script. Have to do a boring math course next month and I need to be able to go to lectures and find it enjoyable to retain and study for it after. What’s the ideal dose for this with regular tolerance levels and what should be the feeling(s) I should be chasing
/looking for optimal study-enjoyment ratio.
