RN they are getting DDoS'ed hardcore (kiwifarms).

The other sites that are down are down due to the companies that host them falling to pressure from loudmouths online. It's companies shutting down free speech, and the government doesn't interfere cause "free-market" or some BS reason meanwhile the first amendment clearly supersedes the rights of companies to take away your rights.

No. As I understand it, Cloudflare provides some service to sites to protect them against DDOS attacks. And CF has stopped servicing those sites. Are there other servicing companies?, Good question, I do not know.
