To start you need to stop Cheekbiting, I understand why you do because of the whole “most attractive faces have ogee curve” thing but it’s making your lips look ridiculously small. You should hop on finasteride, apply a topical minoxidil to your hair and start derma stamping the parts where hair is lost as you are norwooding. Lip filler would also be good for you as your lips in themselves are pretty small and not very full. Other than that all I can think of is Change up the hairstyle and get a rhinoplasty

Oh, srry my bad, im trying my best, even tho i know that's not enough, my fathers family is bald by genetics, it's hard to get against it i quees, i won't give up tho, ill try finestaride, i really do aprecciate it.
