If a good looking person gets fat , do they ever become sub 5?

I feel that if someone has exceptional or appropriate facial features and they get overweight, they will be a 5 at worst , but never sub 5, unless they got to be over 400 lbs or something. Is this how it works ?

Yeah if they are super morbidly obese. But even 50 lbs overweight is not going to push them below sub 5.
