If a tooth fell out and had not been replaced for 13 year could a bone graft still work

wtf are you saying , are you 13 ? Get out of this site or you will wake up in Mumbai tonight
 
Hell nah its for my brother he lost a tooth as a teen

Not only will the bone at the site recess, but also neighbouring teeth will realign into "free" space to close the gap.
Proper fix:
1) Braces designed to move surrounding teeth to their original position and widen the gap to it's proper size, or at least as much as possible.
2) bone graft
3) implant into it

It will be costly, but worth. I'm doing the same as I fked up in the past.
