For reference, this is what I looked when I was the leanest without furosemide , it was ned of the 2021 and I had 14% or 13% bf , this is what you can achieve, obviously it doesn't look good because I'm squinting like an autist and have my own failos , but this is as an example

I used furosemide , but with everyday high calorie exercise , I would "debloat" and have somewhat defined face even at 14% , look at the last picture below. The max I did was 2 days fast, but I don't have any pictures of that , subjectively I remember looking the "leanest"
