If bonesmashing is fake why is wolffs law real

Ive seen alot of bonesmashing deniers in this forum and 90% doesnt take bonesmashing serious
But why is wolffs law scientifically proven but bonesmashing “doesnt work”
Did i miss something?

Bone smashing works but it can make you look deformed and uncanny and damages skin. But it worked on my knuckles and my shin and my skull (above forehead)
