Dude has a shit load of Wrinkles.. I would think all the cold therapy would make him look slightly younger

and this question is coming from a guy who has done cold showers for 10-13 mins every single day for 4 years straight

yeah that was me

More like 3 years though cause this year I’ve changed it to every day to every OTHER DAY. So like 4 days a week

But for 3 years straight I took an 10-13 min cold shower every single day. Maybe like 3-4 days out of the whole 3 years I didn’t

I was pretty crazy with the cold showers though. They def raised dopamine and shit and made me confident af. When I say crazy I would sometimes do 20-30 min long cold showers lmao

I literally timed them with the timer on my phone

Now I still think they have anti aging properties and I still think it kept me lookin young but my only question is why does wim holf not look younger than his age?

cold showers alone wont make you 20 years younger

stop coping,balance cold and hot

he submitted himself to far greater stress than the average person, its not like the guy would only take 10 min showers like you do

he said he literally used to swim under ice for 5+min long on a daily basis, besides climbing mountains, hiking for long distances(sun exposure),etc

looks more like 55 to me tbh

First off cold exposure raises cortisol, and cortisol is the main culprit in aging. Cold does reduce inflammation though.

since we're talking about cold showers. theres a myth that they raise testosterone. not true.

"A 1991 study found that cold water stimulation had no effect on levels of testosterone levels, although physical activity did. A 2007 study suggests that brief exposure to cold temperature actually decreases testosterone levels in your blood."

I think the guy is an alcoholic, at least he looks like one, and this is probably how he resists at those low temperatures and does all his stunts, science tells us that alcohol is bad, you lose heat faster, but temporarily it can warm you and you can withstand cold without a problem,in my personal experience I can drink alcohol during winter and I don't have a problem with low temperatures, I have Russian friend who also says that vodka is used a lot there to warm up during winter, it's simply common knowledge, and told me how he was stuck once in the middle of nowhere on a very cold night, but he survived because he had a bottle of vodka on him.
BTW, the only guy on the Titanic that survived immersed in cold water for two hours, was a waiter who got really drunk when he saw the ship was sinking, I think science should re-evaluate the effects of alcohol on the human body followed by exposure to low temperatures.

Keep coping with aging when it's all about collagen, fat pads and high t, HGH and shit like that
