Amen to this. We gained knowledge of good and evil as the consequence of eating the fruit, and so we have the capability of evil. God allows this because He will be glorified in defeating it, when He returns for His millennium reign, and we will face trial. As we read in Luke, God is a perfect judge but He is also one who chooses to take the punishment He has ordained on Himself. And so He died and bled for our sins. This is the good news.
