Obviously the lead is to go out searching in Western Europe but I have no idea what resources there are to find belgian or other foreign and sophisticated doctors that can do it, so i need to know what sites I can ask or search for these on.

Also I 100% LEGIT NEED A TITANIUM JAW TRANSPLANT, I *NEED* TO KNOW WHERE TO GET ONE, THIS ONE CAN COME AT ANY FUCKING COST ON THE PLANET I'LL PAY IT (tl;dr if you just want me not to rope skip this)because, true fucking story, had a nascent rheumatoid arthritis that made my jaw skewed, I noticed it, and basically my retard mom told me I was not assymetrical at all (obv. bullshit and later I was realizing she wasn't even looking at my face), and after getting her to admit it, she delayed me going to a doctor, and we had a retarded SAT-equivalent exam in my country because I was graduating high school (I'm over 18 obvs) so the dumb bitch basically thought it was risky to do any surgery half a year before this sacred exam.
Rheumatoid arthritis so long in my jaw caused a soft form of resorption and now only completely taking the jaw off can make my face the best it can be aesthetically.It looks a little fucked and is visible as a stranger if one knows to look for it but my normie acquaintances don't seem to mind yet.
I hope to perfect the shape of my new metal jaw with custom implants that would have worked just as muscle would have on my regular jaw (I was planning on getting multiple jaw surgeries for length and width so a transplant actually kinda makes it easier for me if achievable.)

She's dumb as fuck in both ways though, and inherited basically a fortune in property, she is entirely willing to pay for my surgery no matter how expensive (we don't really have infinite money but I can have several averagely priced ones), so money is mostly not an issue and I will milk the dumb bitch dry (refer to the above.)

TL;DR: Please tell me how/where to find a doctor (I'm certain I will need more than one doctor, so give me all the sites I can ask for this information, like jawsurgeryforums but ones I don't know, or doctor indexes, or recommending me clinics) for a Lefort III, a maxillary impaction and a total fake jaw translpant (difficult, definitely, but I am NOT giving up on this without killing myself.)

Your best bet is to get regular double jaw+genio and then visit Sinn for a mod. lf3, which should advance your cheekbones/upper midface

My jawbone is literally and objectively volumiously smaller on one side now, by pretty much a few mm, visible in a mirror just going chin up, it's a total transplant or anything else that would look like total shit because the bone is gone forever.
