How to pop correctly:

1: Make sure the white part is visible, if its not then its not ready to be popped

2: Make sure your nails are trimmed short

3: Then wash your hands and your face and squeeze it out very gently without using your nails

4: After you finished, rinse it with water and soap and leave it be, it should heal completely in 2-3 days, faster than it would've taken if you hadn't done anything

Now that you started getting pimples you should follow these ground rules also:

1: Avoid touching your face with your hands, in fact, avoid letting anything come into contact with your face as much as comfort allows

2: Get a liquid soap that is made to make your skin dryer and prevent acne and wash your face with it before going to sleep and every day in the morning. I personally recommend Neutrogena.

3: Make it a habit to wear sunscreen as well since sun is bad for your skin, especially if you are washing it with a product that makes it dryer

Make sure it's a sunscreen that is oil-free or else you are defeating the purpose of even washing your face with the other lotion.
