If i dose 6mg melatoning every night would it increase my gh productivity?

I heard somewhere if you dose 10-20 mg melatonin it can even produce better gh then Hgh idk tho dont jfl

Melatonin wont raise HGH besides 1mg, so there’s that (ask GPT for the study if u stoopid enough to see that a otc supplement wont work like actual Pharma grade hgh)

But since our circadian rhythm are fucked up through blue light and everything lifestyle related, 1mg of melatonin per day 30-60 min before going to bed is actually pretty amazing for general health, testosterone, gh, and energy throughout the day through improvement of sleep quality, but it will never be the same as exogenous hormones by far

i take mk,ashwaganda and 3 mg melatonin before sleep i also used to take glycine but now i stopped because i wake up so early and so energetic i also kinda stopped takinh melatonin but will start again today to test my sleep quality if it can be better

Pretty good sleep stack tbh just take care of insulin sensitivity on mk but since u take it at night it shouldn’t be a issue.

U can add cjc dac to that, magnesium glycinate/threonate for sleep and gh if u really that interested but if you serious i would go straight to hgh

i take mk twice a day one in the morning and at night but i also take Zinc,Magnesium and ALA along with mk to make my insulin stronger. I might add cjc dac too but hgh seems expensive long term and i dont wanna be doing it for too long i wanna reach my goal weight and from there just good dieting and maintaining my bf and weight.

Nah generic hgh is cheap but might be dog water, i dunno but i kanda trust Steve’s source list since its the same suppliers he uses and his coaching clients use as well as other people like mpmd and leo
 
multiple threads here just very bad cope
first it was that melatonin lowered igf 1 sens and now its the opposite
exactly people read stuff and believe it instantly
