If I eat 2 g of protein per kg and resistancebandsmax can i keep my muscle when cutting?

I mean agressive cutting like 1,5 kg per week - 1500 calories daily. I am about 97 kg and 6"2. If not, how fasty should I cut? i woek out with resitance 3 times per week.
 
That’s definitely enough protein according to science but you should be lifting to minimize muscle loss. I can tell you right now, you WILL lose some muscle eating 1500 calories/194g protein and not lifting.

Yes, in theory every resistance movement can keep/build muscle; id recommend working out 5 times per week and doing a 600-700 cal max deficit though
That much of a caloric deficit should start seriously eating your muscles too
