If I go to sleep with these on, will I wake up again tomorrow?

I use f.lux.

What do you think will happen if I keep it on for 10 hours?

Am I dumb if I don't know what that is?

I read that you can't be overexposed because they are simply radiating the same light of the sun.

There is a difference between visible red-light therapy and infrared light therapy, as I'm not sure which one you're using and the kind of bulbs it has, i'm providing you a link for the second case

At least 3 patients developed burns after falling asleep with the unit in place, but some patients developed burns during 30 minute treatment periods.

I'm using 2 units with 660nm and 850nm LEDs.

Oh ok, so you're just using red light therapy, then it's simple, beyond 30 mins you'll begin to have diminishing results, you're forcing your cells to absorb light for atleast 8 hours (assuming you get a good night of sleep), the results are positive only in the studies were participants where exposed to 15-30 mins.

Got it.
