If I got plastic surgery what would I need to fix?

Someone told me outside of plastic surgery there is nothing I can do for my looks (other than losing weight). Not one person has a perfectly symmetrical face, not even models. Using a "thinner" picture of me as a reference point, what exactly stands out as unattractive about my facial features? I always felt my face wasn't the problem, that it was my body that made me ugly. I'm trying to understand so I can let this go and improve myself and be accepted .

No I am 41 but I am on Christian mingle and the women on there won't respond to my messages. The only ones that like me are Negresses.

Lose weight but it looks like chin and rhino and you will be good. Your eyes are kind of far apart but I don’t think surgery can fix that. I see potential to be good looking. Good skin for an older guy

My nose is very straight. Wide set eyes were supposed not be a mark of beauty.

Losing weight is easy. Perhaps you won't need to split you maxilla in half, then you should consider yourself lucky
