If I had a pallet expander when I was younger would I be able to get one now that I’m older?

When I was younger I had a palate expander but I’m wondering if anyone knows if I could get one again. My palate isn’t necessarily narrow but my gonions are slightly Inward and I know palate expanders are supposed to give you a wider jaw so I was wondering if this is an option to consider.

Palate expanders aren't gonna magically make your jaw exaggeratedly wide or make your gonions outwards. get jaw angle implants. Palate expanders for aesthetic reasons are stupid and a gamble

Thanks I figured it probably wouldn’t a solution to get wider gonions but I was just trying to see if there was another way than getting surgery

You can, but it's pointless for what you want because palate expanders don't effect the mandible and gonians at all. So unless you want an even wider palate there's no reason to do it. You're better off getting filler or implants, just be careful because a lot of people go overboard and ending up looking uncanny with a massive bike seat jaw.
