@blackoutwhitein Do a 500 calorie deficit and OMAD at night. Maybe around 7. Work out before then so you can take a protein shake during your meal. This will give you something to look forward to.
But what about the rest of the day you ask? Diet drinks are your friend. Choose one you like and can get used to. Pepsi Zero is my favorite. Diet coke and root beer is not that great.

Absolutely no fucking calories in your off time. This isn't some bullshit. 5 calories will off throw ketosis and then it will be a normal diet.
