Also after MSE what should I do to make the lower jaw bigger, could you do mse or MARPE after Bimax or should it be strictly done before bimax?

MSE is a kind of MARPE, it’s just dr won moon’s version of marpe

with that being said, MSE mogs

widening the lower jaw requires surgery as there is no suture, although through orthodontics they can torque your molars buccally|lingually for a more suitable bite

any osteotomy that advances your mandible forward will make appear like you have a wider arch because the visual angle increases as an object gets closer, so it appears larger. though this would only work if you were to only get lower jaw advancement

any maxillary expansion must be done before a bimax because lefort 1 fully splits the maxilla into two pieces so you would miss out on expansion to the zygomas and intervening with the plates attached to your maxilla wouldn’t be a good idea.

they are different dimensions, so no rotation nor sagittal advancements will actually widen the jaw where it has noticeably changed

does the opposite if with ccw rotation as the gonial angle decreases. a genio downgraft would create a v shape taper though
