over 80% of bone development is done and locked in place by the age of 5

The only thing a better posture would do for you is give you a better relaxed look (body wise - shoulders) and like 0.25 inches of height. It will do nothing to your mandible

You have an overbite, a Class 2 jaw surgery issue

nothing will softmax fix it unless you go back in time at 8-9 years old and get a maxillofacial surgeon to give you some shit that pushes it forward.
