If I start wearing lifts

I'm 5'11 right now and I want to get 3 inch lifts. I know a guy whos 6'1 lol imagine if I just suddenly show up taller than him. He would know I'm heightfrauding and then everyone would know. Wtf am I supposed to do?

I was first thinking of getting those elevator shoes with hidden soles but guess that wouldn't work. I didn't want to get lifts at first cause they could reduce the space in my shoes and would be uncomfortable to wear, guess I'll just get adjustable lifts and increase it over time. That could work
