If I want to sleep 8 to 10 hours but i have to wake up at 6:00

bruh go to sleep around 8:30-9 but start your "pre sleep" routine like 2 hours before like try and avoid blue light and make your lights warm and stuff, just get comfortable
 
It’s pure fantasy-imagine trying to go to bed at 8 PM in the summer while the sun is still shining. Ideally, school should start around 10–11 AM. I had to take the bus for nearly an hour to get to school, meaning I had to wake up at 5:30 AM every day- ultimately leading to chronic sleep deprivation, that still persists even 10 years later.
These fucks just want you to be brain-damaged, unhealthy, and underdeveloped in general. Otherwise, this problem would have been addressed a long time ago.
