Very famous method by pneumo, I'm willing to do it and i'll have a friend help me

I can't tell if my face is puffy, but sometimes I have kinda hollow cheeks, also my eye area is very puffy

I'm highly considering it

fat dissolvers work if they arent face ones but i guarantee you the lean face you want is probably a structural difference not a fat difference. removing buccal fat can age you like milk if your dont have the right bones

im no rotter i enjoy here and learn on occasion its entertaining, i usually spend my time helping people. in the past there was far more to learn and way higher iq shit here it was like unlocking gatekept info that helped alot people used to actually ascend alot due to higher expertise more common place.

youd benefit from alarplasty the most, fat dissolvers would work here for an aesthetic improvement. its not expensive as far as procedures go and is life changing
