Mewing is legit if you do it correctly, but the changes are so slow in adults, you might as well get surgery. Something like 90% of the maxilla is finished developing at 10 or some shit, so even if you’re young, it’s an uphill battle. Best option is to get surgery.

Bro I think this result is reasonable because he said his orthodontist messed his face up. His maxilla I guess changed position somehow and its like his mandible swung upwards. These are probably all the results you can expect, unless you believe that Astrosky and Salludon are real. Even if they are the chance of getting results on their level is prob impossible. However Salludon is believable because his whole head changed shape, which is fixing the effects of forward headposture of the skull which actually changes the skulls shape. Either Salluson was a god morpher because he got everything right or it actually worked. who tf knows, u got to try it for urself
