Because most people have good philtrum lenght. Their long midface and low fwhr comes from either: narrow head, long thirds.
14-15mm philtrum is fine on males, below 12mm it looks off.

I would say below 13mms is bad because Sean O'Pry has a 12mm philtrum and it looks SLIGHTLY off.

I didnt measure. I guess lookism database said 65mm but i bet its not accurate. I guess 68mm around.
