That doesn’t address the point I raised.

A plan to have the UAE be the public/PR face of the arab world that they present to the masses would be something that the ruling class of the gulf/UAE decide to do by building good infrastructure and nice resorts and stuff it doesn’t at all influence the way the millions of Arabs who live there act.

Unless you’re implying the millions of Arabs around this world all have this secret mutual understanding/plan to have Dubai/UAE be the place where they all fake good behavior but everywhere else/the west is fair game to commit crimes which is retarded lmao.

Even if government wants Dubai to be the public PR face of the arab world they can’t force all Arabs to be well behaved and proper abiding citizens if it’s in their nature to be criminals like you racists imply

The Arab migrants that people complain about are low IQ and poor, and people in poverty commit more crimes. It has nothing to do with their race.

Also Dubai is really only safe for tourists, also even their laws say they can execute people for apostasy but they have never executed anyone for it.

There are other places in the world with just as strict laws that are unsafe, so you can't point to strict laws as the reason why it's considered to be safe.
