If money is no object, which surgeon would you choose?

I’ve heard sailer is the absolute best and better than the Italians and I’ve seen some great results. I have a consult scheduled in the end of January. But is there anyone better than sailer? I am looking to get bimax, genio and implants, preferably all at once.
