Any drastic surgeries on the eyes will more than likely not make you look uncanny. Your eye area isn't bad and tbh there is no surgery that will make them chad tier. As other users have mentioned, your lower third is too short (like mine) which could be fixed with a genioplasty. That plus a little softmaxxing could get you close to 5 PSL, which depending on your height is enough for a decent dating life.
