just opt for fat dissolving injections its not as harsh. if you completetly remove every fat cell you might just simply look retarded if you dont have the bones for it, but the doctor will probally tell you that beforehand. also you will regret it when you grow older because it will make u uncanny

buccal fat pad removal completely removes that shit.
fat dissolving kills some of the cells but not as harshly as buccal fat removal, and depending on the ingredients its not permanent. also its easier to adjust to your likings because your supposed to do multiple treatments
