That being said I stunted my growth by

- stressful childhood (family and school)
- vidya everyday hours on end till 14/15
- social rejection
- Undereating/shitty food
- high BF
- Weed/cigarettes at 15/16/ substances at 16/17 (not too often tbh)

- vidya everyday hours on end till 14/15
- social rejection
- Undereating/shitty food
- high BF
- Weed/cigarettes at 15/16/ substances at 16/17 (not too often tbh)

I’m 100% not sure, but I guess I probably have. And yes if you think about it, there’s so many athletes/basketball players with shit tier environment who grew to be 6’8 with huge frame. I think nutrition and sleep are the most important, everything after that is pretty minor. If I had to estimate I’d say if you had 2-3 meals everyday and slept something every night (6-7 hours) then you probably couldn’t have missed more than 1, maybe 2 inches IMO

Yeah I do think it’s hugely genetics I think the problem is the fact that we don’t know for sure that makes me think I could have. How do you know they barely have any food to eat? If anything they should maximise genetic potential because of the healthy natural lifestyle + no kikes putting esteogen in the environment lol

Epigenetics is how genes are activated or otherwise left dormant. For instance injecting exogenous testosterone might activate genes related to muscle growth (even besides the testosterone's normal masculinizing functions). I'm not an expert though so maybe I'm wording it poorly.
