Not really. Plenty of recessed people with small/upturned noses. Nose is heavily influenced by phenotype , so genetics will give your nose a baseline shape and tilt regardless of maxillary growth/development

so do u think its mostly a genetic trait? I was wondering and was under the perception its because of bad habits, my father also has a pretty droopy and pronounced nose aswell as his father.
