Yes please ive been training for a bit started out severely anorexic had legit no lean mass on me basically but i started training but saw pretty bad progress also was bulking with empty calories.

But i stopped training and getting back into it, question is are my newbie gains gone since i basically lost em and now that im eating enough protein and cleaner will i see progress or nahz
 
does intramuscular water retention from creatine add face bloat? there certainly are muscles in the face and i can't imagine its selective towards skeletal muscle.

So there is something called muscles memory you’ll regain your gains in a shorter period of time than you took to build them in the first place don’t worry and have a good start from now on

By tren you mean Trenbolone right ? Just to make sure and how old are you ?
Yeah, I'm 18 in 4 months (this is me trying to create a red herring in order to divert attention away from the fact that I'm 17)

I'm not doing tren yet, when I do I'm starting with 50-75mg EOD. I doubt I'll be going over 200mg as I'm not planning long term usage

Creatine doesn’t significantly volumize facial muscles It’s selective to muscle tissue with high creatine transporter expression.

I’d say wait until you’re 21 and start with Testosterone + Primobolan first but @chadbeingmade would loose his mind on me, I think you should wait until your HPTA axis are fully developed and your Epiphyseal are fully fused naturally.

But 99% of people not even jeff nippard can comprehend and understand the science.
