finasteride or dutasteride. those are the only two options that have been tested for close to 3 decades now and work.

If you already lost some hair and your hairline matured a bit - hop on minox to regrow it. Also hop on duta to make sure you wont be losing any new hairs in the future (do 2.5mg for the rest of your life).
