If a certain sport, activity, career path or even socializing is too difficult then quit it entirely. Only focus on things you are genetically gifted at. Do not fight an uphill battle if it is for you you will see in the very beginning

If you are good at a sport you will notice you are excelling against your peers with similar amount of training meaning you are genetically gifted and talented in that area. But if you are behind your peers in something and you all have the same training just quit. Sport is just an example of course

You have saved yourself much time. If you went against this you would keep going and pushing yourself to exhaustion for meaningless improvements as someone who is made for that shit will surpass you easily

You might have to at some point. Like the russian mathematician who solved one of the millenial problems. It took him 7 years or so, but nobody else could do it.

You should only put in that much effort if you are fairly certain that you are among the best in your field. If it takes you that much effort, just to get somewhat good at something then it's not for you.

Yes indeed. If something is hard at a world class level pursue it. But if you are just a amateur and it is already extremely hard then just leave man. It is not for you

Dumbest mindset ever. Socialising is extremely necessary. Even if it's hard for anyone, he should try to be good enough at socialising that he can do the bare minimum stuffs without much effort.
