Good thing i only ever grew 29 teeth (1 wisdom tooth came in) so this theory passes me by

yeah when I go to the orthodontist he will evaluate what needs to be done to my face I will do surgery etc
 
i have all teeth that grew naturally and ok-ish but still recessed

You can still be recessed and have 32 teeth, it just means you are slightly less recessed than the average man. What truly matters is having wide jaws and perfectly straight occlusion naturally

Mine was impacted and shit and I forgot to remove it and it made my lower jaw big and long

I didn't remove my wisdom teeth even though I had an appointment to remove it last year but I feel like it made my jaw big and longer
 
Wisdom teeth are meant to come during Adolscense from the permaxillary sinus because naturally around this time your mandible and maxilla should have accomodated all other teeth properly.
Ideally the wisdom teeth erupt and form strain to remodel the mandibular symphysis and giving you wider jaws, both maxilla and mandible.

Also those additional teeth exert forces to hinder boneloss and other osteo-degenerative diseases
