i expalain :

try jutting . mandible go infront maxilla . now imagine getting lefort 1 without cutting mandible . now u can permajut anf have good occlusion . i suspect the TMJ will adap so permajut is good . actually for people with TMD jutting helps releive it , cuz recessed maxilla pushing mandible back cause smyptopms . so like if u can jut ur probably recessed . ideal maxilla which is forward probably makes jutting much limitationed or different physiology than most people's jut . this my theory /.
