sometimes when im trying to sleep and my room is fully dark i get visions that are hard to describe but its a small sharp/rough texture that morphs into something big and smooth then back. what the fuck is that

Cant relate but sometimes when I close my eyes to sleep I see an incredibly vivid image of what I saw before I closed my eyes. Its like there is barely a difference between closed and open. It used to freak me out but I dont see it that ofetn anymore.

i used to have that. i would sometimes struggle to fall asleep just to realize my eyes were open the whole time

I know exactly what youre talking about has nothing to do with being schizo or whatever rather I think its
just a phenomena that happens when the refracted light from your eyes projects unto the shadows in
your surroundings creating these hazy shadowy figures lol as im writing this out Im now realizing it
does sound schizo af then again im most likely just describing it wrong
