But if i apply a 50 spf cream to increase my collagen the betacarotene won't be efficient cause i don't get my uv ressource...

I think using just astaxanthin is better for complexionmaxxing. But there's good reasons to use Beta Carotene too since it offers some different benefits to astaxanthin.
